- Package the Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges:
