  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package the Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
